Indie Game: The Movie

1. Indie games are made by one person or a small team, they have no funding from a publisher and rely on their own personal budgets. Due to this, the games are smaller in length. Indie games also cost less and are easier to pick up and play because of their simpylicity.

2.  The developers in the film had to overcome challenges such as finishing the game by a certain deadline and not making any money while working on the game. The guy making "Fed" had to go through a law suit to show the game at the convention without his partners approval.

3. I think I would like the freedom to be as creative as you want, make any game not just for others but yourself. I would not like working on it only by myself and having to work off my own money and not getting paid.

4. My advice would be do not work on it alone. The people in the film were never happy with there games, they always found bugs. Take as much time as needed but eventually you'll have to submit the game.

5. Reading and watching other peoples feedback and interpretations of the game. Seeing other people enjoy the game they created.
